After using the steam function, the machine may enter a high-temperature protection mode, causing the buttons to flash quickly. During this time, the machine will be unsuitable for making coffee. Please refer to the "High-temperature Alarm Guide" in the user manual to cool the machine down or wait 30 seconds for it to cool down on its own.

Don't worry about any water inside the steam wand when you first receive the machine. This is just clear water from the steam and hot water tests conducted during the quality control process. We suggest referring to the "Before First Use" section in the User's Manual to properly clean the machine.
If the indicator light keeps flashing when you press the ON button, it's simply the preheating process, which takes 20-30 seconds. If the flashing persists, please check that the water tank is properly installed and has water in it, and ensure the side knob is in the OFF position.
